We only use fresh herbs, extra virgin olive oil, butter, sea salt, pure maple syrup, organic cane sugar and spelt flour in our cooking and baking. Whenever possible our ingredients are organic and sourced locally. We buy produce directly from farmers at the Dufferin Grove Farmers Market, free-range chicken and eggs from Vince Gasparro, diary from Harmony Milk, fresh ricotta from Santa Lucia Cheese, and premium freshly roasted coffee from De Tour Coffee. We love what we do and hope that our food is nourishing, satisfying, and memorable.
