Managing Host & Director Slav Licina has undertaken a 20 year culinary journey of hands-on experience on his way to setting up his own place, Caffe é Cucina. His wealth of knowledge and natural sense on hospitality make for a welcoming and relaxed ambience. One of the most enduring lessons learnt through his culinary journey is that food & eating is an experience. Most Italians live to eat. The experience of sharing food with family & friends is one that is very sacred & should be cherished & remembered, which is why at Caffe ē Cucina we say, “when you’re here, you’re family…salute!”
