We were inspired by our time living in Melbourne where you can just get out of bed and go out for a delicious savory breakfast & yummy filter coffee. Having both worked on the scene in Melbourne, Sarah in the kitchen and Nico on the floor and behind the bar, we thrive to bring a bit of that unique Melbourne experience back and share it with the rest of Paris. Holybelly’s concept is simple. Good food, good coffee and good service in a consistent fashion. We take pride in the food we serve you, in the coffee we brew and in the way we welcome you and look after you. Our space is casual, the vibe super-relaxed but the food and coffee is top shelf and that’s a contrast we love to maintain.
