COFFEE AND SOMETHING ELSE GET TO KNOW DARKCOFFEE A new concept, a new story. The simple act of tasting a coffee becomes a true experience at DarkCoffee. The cozy atmosphere with modern and inspiring decor is perfect for those who don't need a click. We serve specialty coffees with at least 80 points in the BSCA (Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association) Methodology of sensory evaluation in different methods such as Siphon, Hario V60, French Press, Clever, Aeropress, among others. We innovated by bringing hotel technology to the kitchen of a cafeteria, where we chose not to work with piped gas. Our dishes are prepared through the combination of Sous Vide (cooking method in which the food is placed in a vacuum-sealed plastic bag at low temperature for a longer time than the traditional one) and electric ovens (baking, acceleration and combined), thus eliminating , any type of deep-frying in our kitchen. With European and American inspiration, but with Brazilian adaptations, our desserts move from the classic French Entremet to our reinterpretation of Banoffee. The cakes are a different chapter: from our unique Dark Cake with coffee, coffee and more coffee, to the simply delicious and homemade Bolo Três Chocolates.
