Built-in 1880, the Riverview Hotel is a heritage-listed delight of a pub tucked away on a beautiful tree-lined side street in Balmain. Formally owned by one of Australia's Olympic Gold medal swimming icons, Dawn Fraser, the Riverview is much loved and known to many, retains it’s original ambience whilst mixed with a modern edge. Our traditional and multi-award-winning traditional Sunday Roast, with all of the trimmings and Yorkshire pudding, is legendary. The multi-award-winning Riverview is consistently rated as one of the best pub dining rooms in Sydney. However, what many don’t know, is the restaurant experience upstairs is simply divine.
