Cafe Brutto is a cozy loft-style restaurant in the capital, where you can relax in a calm atmosphere from the daily rush. The menu includes a wide selection of European and author's cuisines prepared using modern Sous Vide technology, an alcoholic list with branded liqueurs, brought to perfection, as well as breakfasts, lunches and dinners at low prices. The Brutto menu has several dishes that you simply must try: marbled beef at affordable prices and the signature "Poleshuk Torby" - a classic combination of pork, mushrooms, cheese and onions. But it's not just food that is worth a look at the café: Brutto has a great atmosphere that your significant other will love. Designers Tatiana Lipnitskaya and Vladimir Svartsevich, who worked on the interior, made Brutto one of the first Minsk institutions designed in the loft style.
