we stand for honest burgers by hand. we procure our meat from species-appropriate husbandry from the hofmetzgerei ottilinger . the cattle come from family businesses in the wittelsbach region. for the minced beef minced in the shop , we use neck & rib & chest. the buns are baked especially for us by the laxgang wood-fired bakery we serve our burgers with homemade sauces and regional ingredients of the best quality
