The history of the brand and its gastronomic particularity dates back to 1965, when Carlos Ciuffardi began working in a small shop in Villa Gesell (a city on the Atlantic coast of the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina). There I create more than 400 pancakes with different combinations of ingredients and achieve, in a very short time, a great popularity. Since 2003, her children continue with parental education and under the “Lo de Carlitos the original flavor” brand, they began a phase of sustained growth that today places it as a leading gastronomic company in quality and services, with more than 30 stores in Argentina and in Miami (USA). During the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the start of his activity - March 2015 - Carlos Ciuffardi was named an illustrious citizen by Municipal Decree of the City of Villa Gesell.
