All our beef ribs come from Cape Grim in the far northwest corner of Tasmania. While this remote region of Australia is further away than our pork farms in South East Queensland, the region benefits from abundant rainfall and has, quite literally, the cleanest air in the world. Cape Grim’s proud collective of beef farmers throughout Tasmania, King and Flinders Islands, have a commitment to sustainable farming and ethical practices. They nurture the finest quality cattle, without harming the pristine environment. The use of hormones, genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and antibiotics are not permitted on Cape Grim farms. The cows of Cape Grill are raised on rich pastures with nothing else added, Cape Grim Beef is hand-selected and rigorously graded, rewarding us with pure beef flavour that we can all feel good about
