For me, Boss is Love, healing, creativity, experience, purity and order! For me, cooking is a higher art, which I started studying since I was 5 years old as an assistant to my grandmother - Spasena Umheiser (head chef of "Lebeda" - the emblematic restaurant of Sofia in the 70s and 80s). Knowledge, skills and experience that I further developed in my 30 years of apprenticeship in "TIUN" (the ancient Bulgarian teaching on managing life and death). For me, food and nutrition should not only be valuable, healthy and beautiful, but above all they should heal! Therefore, it is necessary for each person to experience the personal relationship, the live preparation, the taste and the appearance of the food, so that he becomes a fan not so much of the "Cook" and "Cooking", but of the Real Food!
