About 30 years ago, Southern Cross Supply was the first company to introduce European bakery ingredients to the Australian market by introducing Martin Braun. The German brand BRAUN offers a full range of premium flavor compounds, cream stabilizers, fillings, baking ingredients, glazing and binding, coatings, dessert and decoration products for artisans, industry and food services. In 2016, Southern Cross Supply expanded its European range to include the popular Italian brand, Master Martini. Master Martini products include compound cooking chocolate, chocolates, margarine, vegetable fats, spread creams / fillers, and non-dairy toppings treated with superheat. Martin Braun and Master Martini products are available in all states through our affiliated partners. We also offer Sicoly range of frozen fruits and fruit purees direct from France. With over 3000 stock lines, we can offer our customers a wide range of products along with daily delivery service to most parts of Sydney metropolitan area. Alternatively, we welcome customers to come to our warehouse at Lidcombe. Within our team of experienced sales staff, we also have a technical advisor on hand to assist with any technical inquiries and also the ability to make Braun demos when and where needed. Focusing on quality and safety, we are HACCP certified.
