From eggs to spÄtzle and pasta ALB-GOLD means the highest quality and greatest variety and transparency from seed to dish. The business of the Swabian family has evolved into a leading food company in Trochtelfingen on Swabian Alb, since its inception nearly 50 years ago. Franz Friedler built the company in 1968 as a poultry farm direct marketing. His son Klaus, who began producing pasta in 1977, until his sudden death in 2010, made the ALB-GOLD group one of the most important manufacturers of pasta in Germany. Today, with Oliver and André, along with their mother Irmgard Freidler, the third generation is committed to the production of food.
