We are soft wheat millers in Borzano di Albinea (RE) and Vicofertile (PR) for three generations and with experience, passion and technology, we create high quality flours for crafts, industry and retail. In fact, our range includes more than 50 types of flour and we have already developed more than 300 different blends for our customers. We offer superior product stability and security: the experience and passion of our millers, the technology of the modern mills of Borzano and Vicofertile, the precision of our laboratories that carry out checks on 100% of the flours and the traceability of each sack along the entire supply chain are solid guarantees against loss of time. We are also certified according to the strict UNI EN ISO 22000: 2005 standards for food safety management and we follow the strict HACCP protocols. We are able to meet every supply need thanks to the large production capacity of our 700 ton / 24h systems and the fast delivery service that our logistic structure allows us.
