Rice pepper cultivation which is about half a century in the grandfather's land > In 1985, the wholesale food and spices industry in the town of Islahiye Gaziantep started. In order to process the peppers they have grown in their own lands, they established the pepper factory with an area of 1,000 m2 in the Yeşilova village in 1995. In order to respond to the increasing demand due to the quality of its work, it established its first integrated plant in 2000 on an area of 5,000 m2 in Islahiye and increased its daily production to 25 tons. In order to serve the broad markets, it established its second drying plant in 2009 and increased its daily production capacity to approximately 100 tons. > now has the largest production facility in our country with its 30.000 m2 factory area and 10.000 m2 closed area.
