Burgerboerderij Oosterwold is an agro-ecological farm. As an agro-ecological farm, we look at how we can use local resources, relationships and knowledge for a resilient and productive agriculture. We offer space to local entrepreneurs and residents to produce, process and eat food together. In an attractive environment where you can easily meet each other and where all necessary facilities are available. Community building is our top priority. We therefore opt for other economic principles. We believe it is important to make our agricultural land part of society again: we decide together about our landscape and our food system. Moreover, agriculture and nature bring rhythm and help to ground people. All this can bring people closer together.
