At the heart of SFAX, the historical capital of fine pastry, there was a small workshop of MME BASMA since 2002, the birth date of "Patisserie HLOUWA". An ambitious artisan, the lady managed to develop her own recipes and to engrave the name "HLOUWA" in the memory of a demanding and spoiled consumer, her way of working in the purest tradition of the sfaxienne pastry made a success for her company which in 2008 received the certification of Trader performant" by the CCI. The company therefore decided to put more light into a pastry cult and emblem of the region through a wide range of pastries thus concretizing this beautiful marriage between tradition and modernity
