Since 1997 we produce bovine ham, originally Turkish type - OZ-KAYSERI-PASTIRMA and supply the entire wholesale market throughout Germany as well as the EU wholesale market. Since 2003, we have been awarded annually by the DLG with the Golden Award for our product OZ-Kayseri-Pastirma. This also proves that we pay attention to good quality from the purchase to the final product.
