Company Maso Jicin s.r.o. was established in 1993. The company itself is a compatible operation, starting with the owners of the company, which are producers of slaughter pigs and cattle, through its own slaughter, cutting plant, meat production, to the network of its own company stores. At present, Jičín Meat ranks among its medium-sized meat processing plants with the production of cutting meat, heat-treated meat products and semi-finished products. Our company specializes in the production of specialties, ham products and smoked meats. The main goal of the company is the satisfaction of our customers. Maso Jičín s.r.o. offers supplies of Czech pork and beef with detailed origin marking and supplies of regional sausage products including cooked specialties. The project aims to restore consumer confidence in the information on the origin of pork. In the same way as beef is now being labeled, a pork consumer should know where the animal came from, where it was slaughtered, what it was fed to and from which stables it was removed. The current owners of Maso Jicin are able to supply such a number of pigs for slaughter that enable the maximum slaughtering capacity of slaughterhouses with the aim of fulfilling the Czech Meat project from Czech breeders from Maso Jicin Ltd. The way the company is heading leads to a return of customer confidence in Czech pork. From this point of view, there is no problem informing consumers about the origin of the meat, as it is easy to trace the origin of the pork (slaughtering takes place every day from one supplier from a specific farm). After a series of affairs in previous years, Czech consumers are increasingly interested in the origin of the food they buy. Our goal is to achieve maximum awareness of the origin of the pork supplied to our customers under the heading Czech Meat from Czech Farms from Maso Jicin Ltd.
