In 1999 we inaugurated LAS CANAS | Tierra y Mar cuisine, we installed a new way of enjoying gastronomy in Mendoza. With innovative dishes that combine recipes from Tierra y Mar. This property is a historical and cultural heritage, since it preserves the architecture of the time and part of that vegetation: a drunk stick of more than 120 years constitutes a picture of living nature in the main food space of our house.
