We are a cultural republic, independent and without borders that aims to break the limits of what is imposed and be the meeting place for all languages, all arts and all people who seek a free and inclusive place. We have a space where an intense cultural agenda of all the arts converges, with a pleasant variety of drinks, coffees and snacks. In addition, one of the main showrooms of artists in Ecuador is outlined on our walls. In this republic we believe in the right to the pleasure of eating and in the need to raise the gastronomic culture. Therefore, we propose a concept that breaks the barriers of local cuisine, offers the freshest and best quality ingredients, plus an exotic universe of constantly expanding flavors, aromas and experiences. In addition, daily, an important part of the South Republic is dedicated to the projection, study and dissemination of audiovisual heritage and film culture.
