Founded in 2014, we are proud to be Aberdeen’s first and original soul food neighbourhood chow down eatery. Our mission is to offer our guests tasty, finger licking and freshly cooked BBQ and Cajun food at a fair price within a casual comfortable environment. Our menu evolves continuously in line with food trends, customer feedback and personal discovery. We draw inspiration from many sources including Richard’s wife’s late Granny, Maggie. Her cookbooks, all the way from New Orleans, are proudly positioned upon our bar. We are also big fans of the legend Guy Fieri and his programme Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.
