Élyse is a new modern French Vietnamese restaurant located in downtown San Jose, CA. We aim to bring you a new experience in upscale fine dining. Please join us every Friday & Saturday from 7pm to 11pm for our soft opening now through August. We plan on having an official grand opening some time in August.
