Nothing describes Ostrava more than our word. "Bo", which is the answer to every why. It is also a pun. "B" and "O" are the first and last letter of the word bistro, it can be an abbreviation for bistro Ostrava. We want our bistro to be a daily Bonjour for you all day long! A place where you can enjoy our bistronomy, but also a space where the customer can relax, can become an artist, grab brushes and paints or needles and cotton. The bistro will also be a small gallery and design shop.
