Bucarest 49 - Providencia - Region - Metropolitana - Chile Goemon Ramen is a place in Providencia, where you can find four types of ramen, loaded with tradition and flavor. The best part is that they all cost $ 5,900. Although you do not imagine great luxuries, because this is a simple place, where the first thing you should do is pay for your ramen at the checkout and then they notify you by number when it is ready. One of our favorites is “tonkotsu” ($ 5,900), a thick broth made from pork bones, with pasta, half a hard-boiled egg, and a pig. A wonder difficult to find in another part of Santiago. Also the “shoyu” ($ 5,900), soy sauce broth -so it tends to be more salty-, pasta, hard-boiled egg, chives, ginger, naruto (steamed fish), pork or chicken.
