With over 40 years of restaurant expertise between us, we have served, delighted and treated Dubliners to the finest Nepalese cuisine since the early 1980s. We, the chefs and part-owners of Lumanti, come from the small villages of Nepal's capital city Kathmandu (Sunakothi and Thankot). Our style of cooking is based on authentic recipes that were handed down from generation to generation and the utmost care has been taken to ensure that these dishes taste just as they did when our great-grandmothers served them.
