The history of Supary is unique in that Tabyldy Egemberdiev, the president of the Shoro Company, worked to create and implement the project. He worked, as they say, with his own hands. Although previously the businessman in no way manifested himself as an architect, this time it turned out that eminent architects, to whose services he addressed, could not implement the plan.
