Porto del Sol is located in Xemxija, a small seaside town situated between St. Paul's Bay and Mellieha. The Restaurant is situated at ground level and takes full advantage of being just across the road from the sea - Its large panoramic windows offers diners lovely views of the bay: choppy menacing seas in the winter and dead calm waters full of boats in the summer. Having the whole length of the facade with glass windows, the restaurant basks in natural light all day and offers romantic panoramic night time views in the evening. The Menu offers local fresh cuisine. The fish is as fresh as can be - brought in by fishermen who moor within this same bay. The surrounding area also thrives with farmers offering the freshest vegetables possible. Meats, Poultry and Pasta dishes are also available with a selection of the Chef's daily specials.
