De Sluiswachter works with surprise menus with a choice ranging from 2 to 5 courses. This is because in this way we can always work with fresh products in season. Of course it is also possible to come and dine on reservation with an allergy or dietary requirement. Our menu changes regularly, so that our dishes can match the seasons. All products and ingredients are supplied by suppliers known to us. In this way we monitor the quality, sustainability and freshness of the products and we know where our product comes from, lives and is processed. For example, we get our fish from Den Oever ourselves.
