LA PANERA ROSA, a new concept of non-stop restaurant with inspiration in French, North American and Argentine cuisine. With its own products: bakery, crepes, waffles and pancakes, sweet and savory; salads, breakfasts, brunches and snacks. La Panera Rosa, is part of a gastronomic group with great expertise in the market: cafes, bistros and craft breweries; own premises in the most prominent neighborhoods of the City of Buenos Aires, expanding with franchises and expanding roads in Spain with a new location in Madrid. The innovative and exclusive proposal of these premises is based on fresh and artisan cuisine, with elaborations on the day and alliances with leading brands of raw materials for the preparation of dishes and with premium Nespresso coffee to complete a letter of excellence. The first La Panera Rosa bistro cafe was born in Buenos Aires in 2013 offering a varied menu with sweet and savory options. His original proposal of pancacks, crepes, waffles and artisan pastry stood out, adding main dishes, salads and extras. Ideas that at their base were the result of trips to the US, France and Argentina, extracting the best from each place to create a unique and well-defined mix. The similarity between the pink aesthetic of the premises and the cartoons of "The Pink Panther" was somewhat premeditated. The creator of the brand was looking in this new gastronomic concept for a culinary refuge where the experience recalls the flavors of childhood, the cuisine of mothers and grandmothers, such as the taste and smell of freshly baked bread. In his head this memory was associated with snacks watching the famous cartoons. The search for a name related to the bread basket, referring to the fresh bread, to the breakfasts and snacks that it intended to serve, did the rest. Thus he came to compose an informal offer of the most varied and extensive, so that the client can order anything at any time of the day, regardless of whether it is pasta, meat, salads, sandwiches, main dishes or any sweet option. The premises are characterized by their warmth and comfort, with pink as the predominant color and comfortable furniture made of natural woods and handcrafted clothing. A mixture of perfectly combined styles that make up an original, relaxed and delicate environment; that invites diners to fully enjoy a pleasant moment in every way.
