Moda Since 2015, Old Java, the coffee company with its headquarters in Galata, has been working for coffee production in the coffee industry. In this context, Old Java Coffee Roasters, which roasted the green coffee beans imported in the center of roasting, carries out both wholesale and retail sales, storage and packaging. Notable for the first coffee festival in Istanbul in 2015, Old Java continues its adventure in Galata by adding its branches at Beşiktaş, Moda and Georges Hotel. With the different concepts in its branches, the coffee-beans of the city of Galata are extracted twice a week and roasted by the barists. The coffees are packed in Old Java branches and wholesales in coffee shops where every stage is carefully handled for qualified coffee.
