Taberna Baska is a restaurant that started its activities 45 years ago as a venture of the Basque Union of Bahía Blanca to serve its members. Over the years, this place has been transformed into a traditional Bahia restaurant. Since those early days, the people in charge of the restaurant have changed, the fashions, the meals have changed, and even so, Taberna Baska remains faithful to its specialties in fish, seafood and Spanish / Basque food. Our objective is to interpret Basque cuisine with respect, so that each dish we serve combines the purest and most essential ingredients with the freedom to cook without rules or assumptions. In each dish we seek to express an idea, an experience, maintaining quality and respect for the products. Techniques and recipes from around the world shape and flavor dishes inspired by Spanish cuisine, emphasizing the taste for seafood.
