Bistro Bruut stands for a beautiful synthesis of our Flemish cuisine, where terroir and traditions are given a contemporary twist. By combining regional products with a modern vision, we want to give a new perspective on our food culture. We return from that nostalgia to the past where craftsmanship is important. That is why we also work closely with a few passionate people, who help us put the old Flemish glory back on the map
