We are Isidora & Pilar, two sisters who love cooking. Clementina was born as a very personal project, a reflection of what our life has been, an extension of what happens in our kitchens, in our homes every day ... We like to cook, try new ingredients, preparations, learn new recipes & above all eat good. In order to share our passion for food, in July 2007, we ventured to start this beautiful project by opening a small store in Providencia where we developed an innovative concept in the restaurant business: replacing tables with picnic blankets. nic. Over the years, and almost without realizing it, we incorporate new gastronomic experiences into our family business by opening dining rooms at the Catholic University & developing an area dedicated to banqueting with the mission of bringing our experience of good food to more people.
