We live in the high season, especially in Oulu, and this determines our food ration. We value regional flavors as well as our local producers, and we want to serve the raw materials they bring to us in a way that suits their value. Exchangeability is intense; some of the portions are only served one night, until another k.o. more raw material. Each dose is its own individual, which forms a whole. So you can order a couple of servings or you may want to take the whole package. The whole covers about 6-8 meals. In wines we value small producers as well as classic houses. Organic, biodynamic, natural; they do not determine wine choices in themselves, but first and foremost we want to offer interesting and also mainstream unique products. Granted, we do have natural wines; these perfectly match the pure flavors of Finnish nature. Of course, the beverage supply is supplemented by, among others. products from local breweries. Ostroferia is a casual casual restaurant where we want to invite you to enjoy your party with our carefully thought out flavors.
