Jonny's Restaurant is a lovely traditional tavern located in the picturesque village of Sagri, in Naxos. It opened in 1970, initially as a small cafeteria before growing into a beautiful tavern. Tranoudis Nikolaos, the current owner, has managed to keep the traditional character and the style of this venue. The tavern is decorated with colorful flowers offering a family atmosphere. One of the high points in the dining area is an old wheel at the yard that dates back to 1937. The menu is based on traditional Greek and local cuisine. They offer special dishes made by locally grown products. The menu has a wide variety of specialties and appetizers that praise the Greek gastronomy. The tavern hosts special occasions and local festivals accompanied with great food and wine. Due to its location, next to important sights (Holy Cross Monastery, Bazeos Tower and Dimitras Temple), it attracts numerous visitors.
