Fresh ingredients from the region and lots of love in the preparation, that's all it takes to bring healthy and delicious food to the table. We can happily do without preservatives and artificial flavor enhancers. Since 1894, the Weißes Roß inn has been serving honest, traditional Bavarian dishes that not only look like they're homemade, but actually are. Ready-made products don't stand a chance in our restaurant. Everything you find on our menu has been freshly prepared for you in our kitchen.
