There is very good introduction to DŽIUGAS cheese making process. You can taste cheese which is 12, 18, 24, 36 and 48 month old. Before degustation you should eat an apple. Their house wine and desserts were very tasty too. Telsiai is very nice town on 7 hills and this cafe is very good too.
