We are PINGVINEN, an intimate eater/bar in the heart of Bergen, featuring traditional Norwegian food we grew up with: specialty dishes based on local fish, lamb, or mutton (fresh, salted or cured) served on a bed of rutabaga or carrots with, of course, potatoes prepared to complement any of our delicious meals. Our friendly people and relaxed atmosphere attracts visitors and locals alike, and our bar (open until 03.00am!) quenches late-night thirsts with a wide variety of beer and liquor, both Norwegian and imported.
