Gringo Bar is a proprietary concept, tex-mex profile fused with the Polish palate, based on fresh and healthy food. The place was created mainly to create a meeting space for friends and acquaintances of the creator - Maciej "Bilon" Bilka, who feels great in the kitchen, and most dishes are his ideas.
