The construction of the Tivoli Avenida da Liberdade have dictated the closure of Brasserie Flo (rest in peace) and the birth of the uber-chic shellfish restaurant with cloth towels and impeccable service - but be aware that the tartar steak remains in the menu, phew! Start with the prawns from the Algarve that arrive with the couvert, follow through with a dose of seafood, have some sashimi (why not?) and then advance to the roosterfish fillets or a black pork slices. The perfect finish is made with the cacao mousse, very bitter.
