For wines, you can choose atorian dishes at the junction of various culinary traditions. The menu focuses on local products: Baikal omul, strawberries, veal from farms. They are not frozen, always fresh delivered to the kitchen and instantly cooked. And in order to choose a suitable wine pair for gastronomy, it’s enough to invite a sommelier! The morning menu is nourishing and invigorating: cereal and scrambled eggs with various additives, cheesecakes, pancakes and freshly brewed coffee. Also, BarDO always welcomes guests for delicious enolanches - lunches over a glass of wine.
