Boho's home-style restaurant has launched a new menu based on original Russian recipes in the spirit of modernity. The menu does not contain any complex, unusual Russian cuisine flavor combinations, the main emphasis is placed on familiar products, emphasizing the richness of tastes of home cuisine, so that each guest wakes up in the memory of the warmest impressions of family holidays. In the appetizers you will definitely find home pickles, without which you can not do any holiday, salted fish, fights with mushroom julienne, loaded with sour cream. The taste of traditional salads was diluted with author's notes: salted muksun was added to vinaigrette, chicken fillet and tiger shrimps were added to olivier. In hot snacks, of course, there are pancakes with mushrooms, chicken and caviar. Hot dishes are full of a variety of fish species: cod, char, smelt, pike, trout, perch, seabass. Meat dishes are also in rich variety: here veal, and lamb, and rabbit, and duck, and chicken. Also on our menu you can find Georgian homemade dishes that are familiar to every Russian table: khachapuri, khinkali, lula-kebab, fried suluguni.
