Excellent value, excellent food, amazing view of the city from the top floor. Have used this restaurant for the past 4 years and have never been disappointed. Attentive and friendly staff and a very pleasant atmosphere. A substantial and delicious 3 course supper for two, with drinks and a bottle of wine, can be had for 3 to 4 thousand RUB. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
