In the restaurant, our focus is on experience. The relationship between local produce, Estonian nature, and history is important to our head chef. A la carte menu combines the modern tastes and styles from different eras of Estonia over the last 100 years. Some of the recipes, ideas, and combinations of the dishes are from the first independence period, some from Soviet times. A la carte menu also offers European dishes so that everybody can find something suitable. The restaurant features a daring minimalist design combing industrial elements with modern style and creates an atmosphere which is hip and cozy at the same time.
