Their original recipes were developed over the years by the best Portuguese pastry professionals allowing them to preserve all their pleasant characteristics anywhere in the world. In order to ensure the authenticity of our pastries, we have spent considerable time and efforts evaluating every single aspect related to the production and storage of our products allowing us, through our ultra-modern freezing process, to maintain the same excellent quality for a period of 365 days from the production date.
