Lyran is our version of an urban inn, set in humble & vibrant Mollevangen. Our local farmers, fisher folk, hunters & gatherers, shopkeepers, and cheese makers together with local and not- so local brewers, vintners & cider makers provide their best seasonal ingredients. We create our best dishes and drinks each day from what we have at hand.
