At the end of November 2011, the New Hat Factory opened. After an inspirational trip to New York, the goal was to create an atmosphere that brought the mind of an American-French bistro. A neighborhood pub with a kitchen that has its heart in Sweden but which celebrates good food tradition regardless of country of origin. At the New Hat Factory you will find classic Swedish dishes such as Professor Wretman's Toast Skagen, Rabiff, Kalix lejrom and Wallenbergare as well as French Tarte flambee, Moules Frites, T-Bone Steak with bearnaise or some lovely long cook like Boeuf Bourguignon.
