A rotation of Mammas will take over the kitchen and lovingly create a selection of great tasting regional dishes. All pastas are handmade daily in the restaurant window, where passers-by can see Mamma and her team in action. Mamma will also be on hand to meet and greet the guests, meaning a meal at La Mia Mamma will be just like having lunch or dinner at her house.
