Paganini Founded in 1995, Michele and Oscar wanted to create a rustic yet sophisticated "ristorante" with a focus on its simplicity. We combine gastronomic flavors from cities around the world with rustic Italian cooking. We enjoy the natural flavors from the best ingredients. Our inspiration and flavors thrive on our classic schooled background in Italian cooking style, but most of it developed from our 35 years of commuting between Stockholm and the countryside of Tuscany.
