This is no blowtorch, foams and nitrogen cooling fancy cuisine. It is good old traditional know-how now married to imagination, good presentations and the love for a country that shows in every dish. Great food, great service, waiters with a passion for the food, the wine and the italian culture. Simply really good Italian food. Even able to accommodate gluten free options! Impeccable service and friendly atmosphere.
